Equipment Warranty:
MATCO warrants products to be free of defects in labor and workmanship of a period of three years from date of purchase and will repair, free of charge, any failure resulting from normal intended use.
OEM components and parts are subject to the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions.
Failure to protect MATCO equipment with use of an uninterruptable power source may be considered unwarranted abuse and may void the warranty.
These are purpose built machines, not office PCs. Internet connection or introduction of unapproved third party software and/or hardware is considered willful abuse and will void the warranty.
Liability Limit/Disclaimer:
MATCO shall not be held liable for any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the equipment warranty as stated above. All other liabilities or obligations on MATCO’s part are hereby disclaimed. MATCO neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for MATCO any other liabilities. MATCO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages irrespective of whether MATCO had advance notice of the possibility of such damages including but not limited to, loss of profits, revenues, or good will, loss of use, cost of labor, increased operational costs or downtime cost by reason of fact that any system provided by MATCO shall be determined to be defective or non-functional. Purchasers sole remedy for use of a MATCO system is to return the system to MATCO for refund under conditions stated in return policy.
Return Policy:
Factory Permission must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise for repair or credit. No credit returns will be authorized for custom R&D/fabrication fees or equipment. All items being returned to MATCO must have a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number marked on the outside of the boxes or shipments may be effused. An RMA number is an authorization to return materials only and does not guarantee credit issuance or warranty repairs. Credit or warranty repairs are based on original ship date and condition of equipment upon arrival at the factory. Failure to maintain and protect the equipment in an appropriate environment may be considered unwarranted abuse and will void the warranty.
Current Customers:
MATCO server customers wishing to update their software may email support with your serial number and current software version in order to verify eligability.
